The luxurious double room was wonderful, with a nice big bathroom and a terrace. the breakfast was very good with well-presented food. - the hotel is in an amazing location in a pretty nice area with wonderful views.

The room with a view of the bay was lovely, the staff were helpful and knew their stuff, and the breakfast had a wide selection of tasty dishes.

Stayed here for 2 nights with my dog, had a great stay; the staff was welcoming and pleasant, everything was good.

This property was immaculately clean and pleasant. The room was fairly quiet with harbour view, wardrobes plus comfortable beds and the breakfast was superb. The staff were very kind, with extra attention to the details.

The breakfast was absolutely superb, very good service. Beds and pillows in my queen room were large.- The hotel was situated in the very central location near to town centre.

The hotel was exceptionally clean with magnificent location close to the centre of Bilbao and luxurious rooms. We got a room with a tub. The view was stunningly beautiful, the service was good!

i booked a double room for 2 nights and had an excellent stay. the food was high quality - a great selection of options. location: the hotel was near the train stations and the port. the most important was the staff - welcoming and polite people.

The queen room had all the essential facilities, the staff were knowledgeable, the service was excellent, and the breakfast was superb.

Directly below the rooms there is a busy railway line with a stop directly at the hotel. Until midnight and from early in the morning no stay/sleep with open window possible.

The hotel has an amazing and fantastic location in Santurtzi, right by buses, trains, trams, and the Bilbao Funicular. There is a local restaurant across the road, and the ferry at Bilbao is easily accessible.- Nearby Bar Sugaar is a great place to chill out.

The hotel staff was knowledgeable and pleasant. The room was spotless and fancy and it had a hair dryer, guest toiletries and bath sheets, that's cool. The service provided there was very good.

Super comfy beds that will have you feeling like you're sleeping on a cloud. Plus, each room comes with its own private balcony and terrace for some fresh air anytime you want. And let's not forget about the spacious bathroom that's separate from the rest of the room. 🌿

Mr. Miguel, the manager of the hotel, offered us another room after 2 nights because we were located on the first floor and were constantly disturbed by trains. Thanks again for help and attention.

The bar in the open could have been great if not for staff who were very overwhelmed. We had to wait forever. Very weak for a 4* hotel.
